My best friend Amy and I decided we wanted to go somewhere together this year for a girl's vacation! We chose Destin, FL as our destination. We both love the beach, but neither one of us wanted to go to Gulf Shores. That's where we have always gone and we wanted something different. We got a great deal on a condo and that helped with our decision!
We loaded down Amy's car with so much stuff, you would have thought there was 5 other people with us! The reason we took so much is this....... We planned our menu for everyday, so we had to take groceries, we also wanted to scrapbook at night, which means bringing a lot of stuff!
We found our accommodations to be wonderful... just like the pictures we saw! We spent our days laying out at the beach and the afternoons by the pool. At night we would cook dinner and scrapbook! We found this great Scrapbooking store where everything was 50% off! Needless to say we visited it 3 times! We had a great time together talking, laughing, and scrapbooking!

I wish I could have seen all of your belongings packed in the car! Amy mentioned the scrapbooking store and I bet y'all thought you had hit the jackpot. I am glad you got to get away and enjoy the beach!

Cute pics!! When we got home from the beach the other day, I told Mitchell I wanted to live there! He really didn't like that idea since he hates hot weather!!
